Our practice

Square Media, LLC does not sell your personal information. Your MyWeatherPage settings, shortcuts and saved items stay in your browser and are never sent to us.

Advertising measurement

When you reach the myweatherpage.com website from an advertisement, the visit can carry an advertising click identifier, such as Google’s gclid or Microsoft’s msclkid. We link that visit to the install it led to, and we share the click identifier with the advertising platform it came from, Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising, together with the install and the days MyWeatherPage was used and used to search, so that the platform can measure which of our advertisements led to installs and use.

To keep a visit from carrying a click identifier, open myweatherpage.com directly rather than through an advertisement.

Search partner

If you choose the Yahoo search option in MyWeatherPage, your search queries are sent to our search partner at search.pdf2docs.com with a partner identifier, and the text you type (three characters or more) is sent to suggest.finditnowonline.com for suggestions. Those services also receive your IP address and browser information, as any website does.

Nothing is sent to the search partner while another search option is selected.

Opting out

To stop your searches going to the search partner, open MyWeatherPage on a new tab, select Customize, open the Settings tab and change Search provider to Browser Default. Google, Bing and DuckDuckGo also send your searches to that provider alone.
