Agreement

These terms are the agreement between Square Media, LLC and you for the MyWeatherPage extension and the myweatherpage.com website. By installing or using MyWeatherPage, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use MyWeatherPage.

We may revise these terms at any time. Continuing to use MyWeatherPage after a change means you accept it.

Permitted use

MyWeatherPage is made available to you for your personal use. You may not use it for anything other than a lawful and legitimate purpose. Prohibited uses include:

• deceptive or unfair trade practices;
• introducing viruses, worms or other code intended to disrupt MyWeatherPage or the myweatherpage.com website;
• unauthorized alteration of any data or information;
• any activity that infringes the copyright, patent, trademark or other rights of any person or entity.

Third-party services

MyWeatherPage links you to services run by other companies, such as search providers and map or weather services. We have no control over those services, are not responsible for their availability or content, and do not endorse them. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Ownership

MyWeatherPage, the myweatherpage.com website and their content belong to Square Media, LLC and its content providers. You may not copy, modify, resell or redistribute them, or remove any copyright, trademark or other notice from them.

Disclaimer of warranty

You use MyWeatherPage at your own risk. We provide MyWeatherPage and its content on an “as is” basis, and we grant no warranties, express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including any implied warranty of non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that MyWeatherPage will be uninterrupted, always available or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.

Limitation of liability

In no event will we be liable for any incidental, consequential, direct or indirect damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, MyWeatherPage or its content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability to any user or third party in any circumstance is limited to U.S. $500.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to MyWeatherPage if you breach these terms. You may stop using MyWeatherPage at any time by removing it from Chrome.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Square Media, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party arising from your use of MyWeatherPage or your breach of these terms.

Our privacy policy describes what MyWeatherPage does with your information and is part of these terms.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
